      • Walden Wood: 116-unit luxury townhouse condominium in Dobbs Ferry, New York
      • The Fountainhead: 107-unit luxury cooperative in Scarsdale, New York
      • Boulder Ridge Office Park/Condominium: Master Plan for 50-acre office park, later modified for premium townhouse development, in Greenburgh, New York
  • Moshe Safdie Architects, Ltd., 1974-1976
    • Senior Project Architect
    • Projects:
      • Institute for Desert Research at the Sdeh Boker, Israel: Plan included Ben Gurion Research Institute and Archives (a presidential library), the Institute of Desert Research, as well as university housing and community facilities for 500 families. Plan emphasized desert architecture that incorporated utilization of solar energy.
      • Hosh Complex Restoration/renovation of ancient housing complex in the Old City of Jerusalem: Design and contract documents. Project received Rechter Prize for Architecture, 1982
  • Projects: 1966-1973
    • Ada Karmi-Melamede, Architects
      • Con Edison Waterside I and II plan/studies: Redevelopment plans, economic and market research for Con Ed power plant site on the east side of Manhattan. Plans included complete replacement of steam and electric generation and switching stations. Studies also included possible overbuilding of site for mixed use development for housing, commercial and recreation. Funded by a grant from the Con Edison Company of New York.
